soundfap.com is run by Bliss Online Entertainment Inc. In these terms that company is us.

These terms cover the whole site and every account feature.

If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

You must be 18 or over, and old enough where you live to view adult material.

The site asks you to confirm this once. A false answer ends your right to be here.

All of it is adult. Do not open it at work or anywhere a minor can see it.

Signing in sends you to sso.synkink.com. That is SynKink, our own sign in service, not a third party.

An account is for one person. Do not share it, lend it or sell it.

What happens under your login is yours. Tell us at [email protected] if you lose control of it.

We host audio, songs, video and the funscripts that go with them, and stream them to you.

Everything here is fiction, performed or generated. Nothing on the site shows a real event.

We add, change and remove titles all the time.

Coins are bought with money and spent to unlock items.

Your wallet and your subscription are run by Telemacy, our own service at telemacy.com. Coins topped up there spend here.

They are not refundable. Once bought, they stay coins.

They have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold or paid out.

Any we give away are a gift and can be taken back.

A subscription is charged for a cycle and renews until you cancel it.

You may cancel at any time from your subscription page on telemacy.com. Your access runs to the end of the cycle you already paid for.

We do not refund a cycle you have started, content you did not enjoy, or a title that was removed.

We do refund where we failed to deliver: the service was down, or your paid access did not work, for a meaningful part of a cycle.

Telemacy charges the cycle and Mollie takes the money. Your card number never reaches us.

Unlocking an item puts it in your library and keeps it there while it is on the site.

We may remove any item at any time. Law, licensing and quality are the usual reasons.

A removed item goes from your library too, and is not refunded.

What you unlock is for your own use.

You may post it, or a piece of it, on another platform, as long as you credit soundfap.com where people can see it.

You may not sell it, put it behind your own paywall, or hand it out as a file set.

You may not say you made it.

Every right we have not given you here stays with us.

Voices hosts audio sent in by creators. The rules for it are at the Voices rules and they are part of these terms.

A creator keeps their work. We stream it, write a funscript for it and make a cover.

If it is your voice in a recording and you did not agree to it, write to [email protected] and it comes down.

Send or ask for anything involving a minor. Not real, not drawn, not written, not a tag, not a joke.

Send a real person who did not agree to being heard and hosted.

Scrape the site, copy the catalogue, or run bots against it.

Break the paywall, get around it, or share a way around it.

Attack the site, or reach for an account, file or route that is not yours.

Use the site anywhere adult material is against the law.

An account that breaks these terms can be suspended or closed at once, without notice.

A closed account loses its coins and its library, and gets no refund.

Where a minor is involved we go to the authorities, and that closure is never appealed.

If work of yours is here without your permission, write to [email protected] with the link, proof it is yours and how to reach you.

We take a valid claim down promptly.

Anyone who does it again loses their account.

The site is given to you as it is. We do not promise it will be up, complete, free of faults or to your taste.

No funscript is meant for a particular device, or made to feel a particular way.

Your device is yours. Use it safely and inside the limits its maker set.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Nothing here takes away a right you have that a contract cannot take away.

We may change these terms. The date at the top moves when we do.

Using the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, Canada.

You bring a claim on your own behalf, not as part of a class.
