What we hold about you, why we hold it, and how to get rid of it.

1. Who we are

    soundfap.com is run by Bliss Online Entertainment Inc. We decide what is collected here and why.

    This policy covers soundfap.com and nothing else. A site we link to has its own.

2. What you give us

    An email address, when you make an account.

    A display name, if you set one.
  3. 2.3
    Whatever you write to us in an email or a report.

    From a creator: the audio you send, and the name or link you want on it.

3. What we collect while you use the site

    Pages you open, items you play and how far you get, searches you type, and sign ins.

    These are tied to a random visitor id kept in your browser, and to your account id once you sign in.

    Your IP address, browser and rough country, seen by Cloudflare as your request passes through.
  4. 3.4
    Payment records: what you bought, when, and for how much. Not the card.

4. What we never do

    We never see or store your card number.

    We never sell, rent or trade your data.

    We run no advertising, and no third party ad or tracking network.

    We never train AI on your data, your listening or your messages.

5. Why we hold it

    To run your account and show your library.

    To take payment and keep the books.

    To see what gets played and what does not, so we know what to make next.

    To keep the site up and stop fraud and abuse.

    To send email you asked for. Every one carries a link to stop it.

6. Who else touches it

    SynKink at sso.synkink.com holds your email address and your password.

    Telemacy at telemacy.com runs your wallet and your subscription, and keeps the record of what you bought.

    Both of those are ours. Everyone below is an outside company.

    Mollie takes the money and holds the card details.
  5. 6.5
    Cloudflare sits in front of the site and sees every request.

    Bunny serves the audio, the video and the images.

    SendGrid sends the email.

    Everything else runs on our own servers.

    We hand data to the authorities only when we are forced to.

7. Cookies and browser storage

    A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is encrypted and the site cannot work without it.

    Your age confirmation sits in your browser, so we only ask once.
  3. 7.3
    The visitor id sits there too. It holds no name and no email.
  4. 7.4
    So do player settings such as volume.

    None of it is an ad cookie or a tracker. Clearing your browser storage clears the lot.

8. How long we keep it

    Account data lives as long as your account does.

    Payment records are kept for the period tax law sets.

    Usage events are kept for 24 months, then dropped.

    Close your account and we erase your personal data within 30 days, apart from records we are not allowed to delete.

    A backup may hold a copy for a short while after that.

9. Your rights

    Under PIPEDA in Canada, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask to see your data, correct it, export it, or have it erased.

    You may take back your consent, and object to or limit what we do.

    Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

    If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your own privacy regulator.

10. Where it goes

    We run from Canada. Using the site means your data may be sent to and held in Canada.
  2. 10.2
    Some of the services named above hold data elsewhere.
  3. 10.3
    Any transfer out of your country is made under proper safeguards.

11. Security

    Traffic is encrypted, access is limited, and payments never touch our servers.
  2. 11.2
    No system online is perfectly safe. We cannot promise a breach will never happen.
  3. 11.3
    If one affects you, we tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

12. Under 18

    This site is for adults. We do not want, and do not knowingly hold, data from anyone under 18.

    If we find any, the account is closed and the data deleted.

13. Changes

    We may change this policy. The update line above says when we last did.

    A change that matters is announced on the site before it takes effect.
